Day to day duties include:

Support the successful handover of works to key stakeholders in a safe and timely manner
Inspect and analyse RAMS Documents using expert health & safety knowledge
Issue/ close permits and keep a detailed record of permits that are active, pending or closed
Attend regular meetings regarding works in process and being planned
Review and devise new policies to improve health & safety
Raise technical queries and highlight failings, liaising with stakeholders and estates teams on improvements
Experience in a similar role such as Clerk of Works or project management
In depth health & safety knowledge to provide comprehensive support

Assistant Fire Safety Advisor

Day to day duties include:

Support the delivery of statutory fire training, specialist courses, fire marshals and educate on patient evacuation techniques
Provide comprehensive advice on complying with relevant legislation
Review policies and procedures to develop an extensive fire safety programme, including for evacuation drills
Liaise with authorities to ensure effective fire management is maintained
Monitor, investigate and analyse firerelated incidents to produce detailed reports
Carry out annual quality audits and monthly KPI reports on compliance
