Povoas Packaging Ltd has an exciting opportunity for someone with previous office administration/customer service experience who wants to develop their skills.


Job Title:
Customer Service Administrator.


Location:
Desborough.


Duration:
Permanent.


Shift: 09:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.


Pay:
£22,000 per annum.


Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include:

  • Dealing with incoming customer calls/queries/chases.
  • Processing customer orders including raising sales orders, issuing order acknowledgements.
  • Issuing job card or purchase orders as appropriate.
  • General office administration duties.

Production support:


  • Booking in completed works order.
  • Creating delivery notes.

Dispatch support:


  • Approving freight invoices.
  • Booking pallet deliveries.

Skills required:


  • Ability to establish good customer relationships.
  • Confident in all methods of communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of industries and products.
  • Numeracy skills to work with different measuring units (KG's, rolls, bags etc.)
  • Able to adapt to work in a manufacturing environment where lead times change.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
