Parts advisor for Granning Lynx NI Ltd/ Belfast This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department.

Working alongside a team of experienced parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and store areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day.

You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.


Job Description:

Inbound and Outbound calling Processing & filing of paper work Help with the retail counter Internal Warranty paper work Doing some small local deliveries Providing excellent customer care Work with current parts team and customer service Practical knowledge of computer systems.

Offering guidance to customers Criteria High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Previous experience in a parts advisor/store role About you You will have a pleasant, flexible approach.

Impeccable customer service and good communication skills. Also a clean driving license is a requirement Salary 28K+ (depending on experience)
