YOUR NEW COMPANY:

This company are a well established market leader in what they do with exciting growth plans. They have a family feel as really look after their employees hence they have a low staff turnover. They have various sites and offer good benefits.


YOUR NEW ROLE:

You will be reporting into the Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for the administration in the purchasing department, typical responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring stock levels and producing stock reports
  • Carrying out stock reconciliations
  • Dealing with suppliers and their queries
  • Raising purchase orders and monitoring costs
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Systems updates

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:


Ideally you will be a strong Administrator with an understanding or an interest in purchasing and procurement and be confident using Excel.

You must also be a car driver as you will be travelling in-between two sites.
