YOUR NEW ROLE:
You will be reporting into the Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for the administration in the purchasing department, typical responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring stock levels and producing stock reports
- Carrying out stock reconciliations
- Dealing with suppliers and their queries
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring costs
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Systems updates
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Ideally you will be a strong Administrator with an understanding or an interest in purchasing and procurement and be confident using Excel.
