    OurProposal

    We are looking foraSystem Administrator to work in theCloud Operations area to organize the response to the differentserious and highimpact incidents that arise. Your main objectivewill be to restore customer service by mobilizing and empoweringthe appropriate toolsto evaluate and repair the issues. In additionyou will be responsible for identifying any remedial gaps anddriving continuous improvement.

    Yourresponsibilities willbe:

    • Diagnose and ResolveLevel 3 Incidents:Investigate and resolve escalatedtechnical issues related to systems applications and cloudinfrastructure.
    • Monitor SystemPerformance:Monitor the performance and availabilityof critical systems using monitoring tools. Analyze system logs andperformance metrics to identify potential issues and proactivelyaddress them before theyescalate.
    • Implement SecurityMeasures:Collaborate with the security team toimplement and enforce security policies protocols andprocedures.
    • Participate inIncident Response:Assist in incident responseactivities during critical incidents including analysis resolutionand postincidentreviews.
    • Collaborate withCrossFunctional Teams:Work closely with other ITteams including network engineers developers and support personnelto address complex technical challenges and improve overall systemperformance andreliability.
    • Document ProcessesandProcedures.

    Requirements

    • 7years of experience as a System Administratorideally in the financialsector.
    • Experience in Level 3incident resolution.
    • Experienceworking in AWS environments andinfrastructure.
    • Experiencein cybersecuritypractices.
    • Experience inmaintenance and troubleshooting of Linux systemsincidents.
    • Experience in usingmonitoringtools.
    • Scriptingknowledge with some programming languages(BashPython)
    • Knowledge ofSite Reliability Engineering and ITILframeworks.
    • Background workingin Scrum Kanban Agile environments and with tools such asJira orConfluence.
    • AdvancedEnglish proficiency. You will work withinternational teams from all over theworld
