Are you a chartered Town Planner considering the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a top tier global consultancy? Are you based in or looking to commute to the fantastic city of Newcastle? If so, we would love to hear from you.


About you
You will be an experienced Town Planner, ideally with Membership of the RTPI (or eligible and working towards it).

Ideally, we are looking for some knowledge of planning in the North/Northeast region or a commitment to the region, and your experience will ideally relate to medium to large scale developments.


Your role will include:

  • Conducting research and site appraisals on projects for our client base
  • Preparing policy representations
  • Coordinating internal and external project teams
  • Project Managing a range of developments
  • Developing client relationships
  • Inputting to planning appeals
