We are seeking a talented and experienced Breakfast and Sunday Roast Chef to join our culinary team.

As the Breakfast and Sunday Roast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering mouth-watering breakfast dishes and executing classic Sunday roast meals to perfection.

This role offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, creativity, and dedication to delivering unparalleled dining experiences.


Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation of breakfast offerings.
Execute traditional Sunday roast meals, including meat carving and preparation of accompanying sides.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize efficiency.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef experienced in breakfast and Sunday roast preparation.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
