Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my Housing clients are looking for a Support Worker in Epping and occasionally covering Harlow, this role is working with young people aged 16-21 years old carrying out Housing Support and property managment in the community.

This role is shift work (Early 8am-4pm, Lates 12-8pm and 1 in 3 weekends in a month)


Duties will include:

  • Providing housing related support as well as property management as well as supporting service users to achieve independence.
  • Engaging with referral agencies and local authorities
  • Ensuring properties are always adequately equipped and maintained
  • Supporting service users with domestic tasks wherever possible

Experience Required:

  • Housing or Support Worker experience
  • Completing Assessments and completing safeguarding
  • Can display work with vulnerable and complex need individuals
You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting.
