    An exciting and rare opportunity to work within the UK Music Industry, our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to join them to manage the ongoing administration and governance across the Group of Companies.

    and supporting the overall business in its Health & Safety and Risk Management measures.

    Manage and prepare the corporate calendars for the Group of Companies incorporating meeting and event schedules in liaison with the chairs of each Board/Committee and subsidiary and sister organisations
    Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and acting accordingly
    Support the COO on all Risk matters.
    We'd like you to be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualities:
    Highly organised, flexible and pro-active; Computer proficient (MS Office suite particularly).
