We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism

Salary:
From £24,974.85 per year
