We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism

Salary:
From £24,974.85 per year
