Description
The role is to provide administrative support to the business functions and the site operations of BioWatt.

BioWatt is an established operator and developer of renewable gas (biogas) projects throughout the UK.

As a result of expaning the number of plants we operate and in anticipation of commencing construction of 4 new plants in we require additional business support.


The Business Support role will include:

  • Supply chanin management
  • working with the sites to ensure the timely supply of services, equipment and consumables for their smooth operation
  • Management Accounts working with our cloud based accounting app ensure the accurate production of purchase orders/ invoices and the inputting of bills for payment
  • Assisting in the preparation of payment reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of management account reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of site performance reports
  • General data entry
  • Experience working with management accounting software
  • Experience working in a buying/ selling environment ensuring services and products are received in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets, Accounting, etc)
  • A task finisher/ able to prioritise effctively

Salary:
£19,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
