Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

An opportunity for a Technology M&A Consultant - Manager has presented itself within one of the world's leading management and technology consultancies, within one of the fastest growing M&A advisory practices in the UK & Europe.

For the Technology M&A Consultant - Manager, this is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career within a dynamic environment, through a wide variety of challenging Technology M&A projects for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors.

Key tasks for this role will include:

• Drive sales within the Private Equity and corporate markets in the UK.
• Motivate, inspire, and develop a dedicated M&A team in London.
• Drive delivery excellence within the London office and provide QA and oversight to engagements.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Europe and further strengthen presence in the UK market.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including clients at the CxO level, to understand their technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Desired qualifications and personal qualities:

• Relevant education with strong academic results, preferably at the master's level.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology-driven M&A advisory role.
• Experience in leading technology due diligence, IT carve-outs and IT post-merger integration engagements would be advantageous.
• Documented ability to provide high-quality advice to various stakeholders, drive sales, and contribute to growth
