Multiskilled Service Engineer - Electro-Mechanical 5-Axis Equipment / Machinery
UK Remote (with travel to customer sites)

As a Multiskilled Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing electro-mechanical 5-axis equipment and machinery at customer sites.

Your duties will include servicing equipment according to drawings, manufacturer instructions, and customer specifications, operating machinery during installation and commissioning, and training customers on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.

Service and repair of electro-mechanical 5-axis equipment and machinery at customer sites, adhering to drawings, manufacturer instructions, and customer specifications.

~ Operate equipment/machinery during installation and commissioning to ensure performance, quality, and rate of running meet specifications.

~ Train customers on how to maintain, adjust, and repair equipment to optimize performance and longevity.

~ Utilize your experience and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical machinery to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

~ Maintain tools and test equipment in line with lean manufacturing principles and 5S standards to ensure efficiency and safety.

Experience as a service engineer in electro-mechanical equipment servicing and repair, preferably with 5-axis machinery.

~ Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

~ Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to train and support customers effectively.

~ Adaptable to travel to customer sites as required.

~ Maintain tools and test equipment in line with lean manufacturing principles and 5S standards.
