If so, our client has an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Electrical Engineer to join their busy team
Our client is a private company based in Byfleet who market medical and scientific equipment for primarily cancer research. They have an existing team of office staff as well as a team of service engineers. They are looking for a Trainee Electrical Engineer.
You will need a Full Driving Licence as it isessential for this position.

Trainee Electrical Engineer Duties:
The trainee will be trained on in house and they will learn the following as part of the job.
Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service of the following but not limited to:
- X-Ray Irradiators
- Gamma Irradiators
- X-Ray imaging systems for medical and nonmedical
- Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively and efficiently to complete servicing and repairs on time.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately in a timely manner before leaving the customer site.
- Be positive and solution focussed during all customer interactions.
- Ability to communicate between key departments in a timely manner
- Identify leads for product sales as and when required and pass on details to follow up.
- Ability to communicate and fault find over the phone.
- Participate in continual training and product development across the product range
- Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times by self and colleagues.

You must live within a 45 minute proximity of their office in Byfleet, KT14 7NY:

A full UK driving licence is required for the role
:
- Take part of an oncall rota as and when required
- Due to the nature of the activity, there may be a requirement to undertake work outside of normal hours and support colleagues in other departments.
