    We currently have a vacancy for an Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in Larbert. This is a Hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday.

    Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager you will manage all the monthly and annual accounting requirements for a subsidiary of Certas Energy UK Ltd including:

    • Preparation of month end reporting including Management Accounts and Balance Sheets
    • Budgeting/Forecasts
    • Ensure adherence to local tax requirements for VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax, etc
    • Preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts
    • Ensure adherence to the Financial Control Framework

    To succeed, you will need to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

    • Part Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant with relevant experience
    • Good system skills including Excel
    • Strong technical accounting knowledge
    • Sound communication skills
    • Control and compliance minded
    • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
