Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a global law firm who are seeking a new Unified Communications and Collaboration Team Manager.

The role will be leading a small but growing team across 3 key areas:

  • MS Teams (voice and collaboration), Zoom, WebEx Google Meet


  • Workplace technology

  • AV for meeting rooms, digital signage
  • Live events management and delivery of high profile virtual and hybrid events with support of Marketing colleagues.
The manager will be key in driving this department forward with a focus on continuous service improvement.


The team size is currently 8, the firm will require a transformation of the team and as such, the manager will have the opportunity to shape the team's remit, size, and structure.


Experience required:

  • Previous experience managing a global team that deliver complex UC services
  • Supplier management, preferably in a managedservice arrangement
  • Working knowledge of UCC services
  • Teams, Zoom, WebEx and AV technologies
