Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant.

We are looking for a legal assistant to support our education lawyer with the SEND work.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has some knowledge of this area of work, but is looking to learn more from an experienced SEND lawyer.

Working under the direction of education lawyer, you be assisting in all aspects of cases for preparation for SENDIST. This includes drafting documents, instruction of counsel, liaising with clients and schools and other professionals for instructions/information. You will also be required to prepare bundles and contribute to the preparation of the EHC plan. You will need to be methodical and organised and able to work to tight timescales.
