    We are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team at Restore Datashred in Crayford.

    As an integral part of our operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring swift and effective communication between staff members and customers, guaranteeing that all customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with staff members and customers swiftly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Input incoming orders and contracts into the relevant computer system with precision and accuracy
  • Complete company paperwork promptly and accurately in accordance with company procedures
  • Build strong working relationships with the sales, transport, and warehouse teams to streamline operations
  • Maintain proactive communication with Secure Collection Operatives throughout the working day
  • Respond promptly to email and phone requests with professionalism and courtesy

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • A passion for delivering high quality customer service
  • IT literate
  • Strong ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate flexibility when required
