Position Overview:

As an M&A Director with a focus on operational due diligence, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the operational capabilities and risks of target companies during the M&A process. Leveraging your expertise in operational due diligence, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize deal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational due diligence engagements, conducting comprehensive assessments of target companies' operational capabilities, processes, and performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational risks, identify value creation opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for clients.
Conduct in-depth interviews, site visits, and data analysis to gain a thorough understanding of target companies' operations, supply chain, IT systems, and organizational structure.
Prepare detailed due diligence reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance and support throughout the M&A lifecycle, from deal origination and due diligence to post-merger integration planning and execution.
Proven track record of leading and managing complex operational due diligence engagements for middle-market and large-cap clients across diverse industries.
