The client I am working with has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 site manager to run a commercial fit out project in Oxford, The client wants a fully pledged Site Manager who has a great eye for detail, previous experience within commercial / laboratory fit out, and can manage the job as a number one on site.

Duties:

• New flooring to be installed.
• Fit out of new Laboratories
• Fit out of new office areas
• Painting & Decorating throughout the building
• New Partition Walls to be erected
• Full M&E re - fit, Including New Ventilation and A/C throughout

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

The Manager can be / have:

• Track record of working on Commercial / Laboratory fit out jobs
• Can hit the ground running
• Good eye for detail
• Strong Manager - Able to push the trades.
• Great quality assurance skills
• Health and Safety focused
