Mid Gavin Nursery is currently looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to work in our busy nursery with children ages 6 weeks

  • 5 years. The position is full time (40 hours) Monday
  • Friday between the hours of 8am6pm and shifts are rotated on a weekly basis.
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration and organsiational skills
- nurture and interact with babies and young children and be able to adapt to their age/stage, ensuring they reach their full potential.

  • Plan, evaluate, and record learning experiences appropriately
  • Have an understanding of Child Development from birth onwards
- work effectively using initiative
- be confident when speaking to parents.

  • Ensure paperwork is up to date.
  • Knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and/ or Pre Birth to Three
  • Motivation to develop areas within the room.


You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment which allow children to thrive and learn in a warm and welcoming setting.

Salary will depend on experience and qualifications (negotiable)

From £21,840.00 per year

Experience:


  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- driver's license (preferred)
