Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for imparting technical leadership and overseeing a team of Power
• Platform Engineers.
• In partnership with cross-functional teams, the Power Platform Architect will plan, execute,
• and steer software development projects to successful completion, all while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• The Power Platform Architect takes an active role in mentoring team members to advance both individual and team outcomes
• Technical leadership and direction to a multifaceted team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative
• and innovative team atmosphere while ensuring project success.
• Accountable for producing technical design and process flow documentation and present to both
• technology and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to plan and allocate resources effectively, keeping in view project
• requirements, timelines, and team capacity. Monitor project status, identify potential risks, and proactively
• take steps to mitigate those risks.
• Champion a culture of teamwork and efficient communication both within the development team and with
• cross-functional groups. Encourage knowledge sharing, brainstorming sessions, and frequent team
• gatherings to enhance productivity.
• Regularly assess team members' performance, offering constructive feedback and mentorship. Identify
• training requirements and skill gaps, supporting the professional growth of individual team members.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, workflow and process that will be
• documented and automated.
• Maintain the standards and ensures adherence for source code management, deployment, monitoring
• and reporting of all automation solutions.
• Support with technical analysis, estimation, and prioritisation of automation opportunities.
• Facilitate implementation and provide assistance and guidance to technical and non-technical
• stakeholders

Skills required:

• Strong commercial experience in building and running solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• whether it be using Power Apps, Power BI or Power Automate and how to integrate between these and different technologies (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
• Extended hands-on experience and technical acumen in RPA technologies like Microsoft Power
• Automate. Stay updated with industry trends to provide effective technical guidance to the team.
• Experience with Power Platform CoE starter toolkit, solution checkers, power platform standards and best practices, pipelines, ALM accelerators
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a diverse team, offering mentorship and cultivating a high performing team atmosphere.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, such as product managers, business analysts, and executives.
• Experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance.
