• Maintaining cleanliness of pens and equipment.
• Observing and reporting on the health of the birds.
• Assisting with vaccinations and other basic veterinary care.
• Adhering to bio-security measures.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to work early mornings and on weekends when necessary.

2. Poultry Farm Managers

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the farm.
• Managing a team of poultry workers, including training and scheduling.
• Ensuring the health and productivity of poultry stock.
• Maintaining records on health, production, and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinating with veterinarians and nutritionists to ensure optimal bird health.
• Developing and implementing farm budgets and production goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in poultry farm management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of bio-security, animal welfare, and industry regulatory standards.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, or related field preferred.
