As a member of a construction team in Manchester, your responsibilities will include providing legal guidance to clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

• You will handle construction matters on behalf of developers, commercial occupiers, funders, educational institutions, investors, financial institutions, and building contractors.
• The appointed legal professional will oversee all aspects of Real Estate matters, to include acquisition, disposal, development, leasing, management, financing transactions, planning, construction, and litigation.
