Hampshire County Councils' Adults Health and Care provide a range of residential care and nursing services for older people across the county, some of whom are living with dementia.

  • We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team and improve the wellbeing and develop meaningful relationships with residents, working 6 hours per day over 4 days (including alternate weekends).
  • Your role will be to assist the Unit Manager in providing high quality opportunities, comfort and support for older adult's.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape your own role by working with residents to find out about them and what you can do to support them individually and in groups.

  • Full COVID19 vaccination status is no longer required as a condition of employment, but being fully vaccinated is strongly encouraged.
