- Manage a diverse portfolio of data centre development projects
- Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development, including planning, construction, and zoning
- Negotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and data centre operators
- Lead and mentor a team of associates and paralegals
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development law, with a strong focus on data centres
- In-depth knowledge of the UK planning regime and relevant data centre regulations
- Proven experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Outstanding communication, written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a successful practice
