    As Operational Training Lead you will be responsible for a wide variety of the training needs within our operations team and from time the broader business.

    This will include evaluating individual and group needs, and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions and resources such as online packages and How Guides.

    This role requires a confident and dedicated trainer who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources required to deliver successful training plans.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As an Operational Trainer, your job will need to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively, You will ensure robust induction programs are in place for new team members and that programs are embedded that upskill, refresh & develop required skills within the existing workforce.


    • Perform Orientation sessions - Perform orientation sessions for new hires. These sessions aim to ensure that employees have the necessary training and induction, to fulfil the requirements of their roles effectively. improve job-specific skills.
    • Identify Training Needs - Identify and understand the company's goals and missions and the necessary training required to achieve these, both for individuals and teams.
    • Design and implement training programs - Design and implement internal training programs, to ensure employees and teams have the skills and training required to meet their objectives. After identifying training needs, design a curriculum that uses the most appropriate delivery methods, such as classroom training techniques, e-learning platforms and on-the-job learning. Your responsibility will be to create and implement training courses to help employees excel.
    • Tracking training and development progress - After implementing a training and development program, to track the real-time progress of employees and the participation levels of each training session to determine the effectiveness of the training delivered.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Successful track record of writing and delivering a wide range of training, including technical, system and soft skills.
    • Strong background in coaching & developing others.
    • Experience in the design of training courses, materials and How to guides
    • Previous roles in delivering remote and in-person training.
    • Strong relationship-building background.
