Are you a passionate educator looking to make a meaningful impact in young minds? Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their a brilliant primary school in Hatfield.
Position:
Year 4 Teacher
Location:
Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Contract: 6 weeks, with the possibility to continue in September
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Year 4 students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and inform instructional decisions.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student performance and well-being
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for inspiring young learners and nurturing their development.
