    Role Purpose

    Global FM Operations Lead, will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of facility management operations across multiple locations globally (AMER, APAC and EMEA). Global FM Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and delivering high-quality services to meet the needs of the client organization and will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in facility management processes and procedures, leveraging JLL's policies, processes, and procedures.

    What This Job Involves

    Service Delivery:

  • Partner with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and clients, to understand their facility needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure and improve the effectiveness of FM operations.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.
  • Advocate diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Manage and oversee all facility management operations worldwide, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, vendor management, and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers globally.
  • Engaging with JLL SME's, review and negotiate contracts, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Ensure FM compliance with local regulations and global standards for health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Monitor and analyse facility-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Manage the FM budget for all locations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, track expenses, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage a global team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.
  • Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm's core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior facility management role, preferably in a global or multi-site organization.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in facility management.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
