Commercial Manager

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

TSR are looking for a Commercial Manager to work with a well-established fire safety company based in West Yorkshire.

The Commercial Manager will be managing the commercial team and must have an M&E background or Construction Management background.
Key Responsibilities for the

Commercial Manager:

• General contracts management and ensuring the contract appraisal process is administered correctly to protect the company
• Monthly review of progress and budget of projects
• Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Provide contractual advice during the tendering process up until project completion
• Accounts management / credit control to a high degree of commercial awareness
• Manage mediation /adjudication claims
