    Note:

    Previous experience serving as a Chief Officer or Captain on a yacht is a minimum requirement for this role with an understanding of day-to-day yacht operations, safety and financial management.

    *Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced, well educated and qualified individual to join our client's team as a Junior Operations Manager for our client's International Family office based in London.

    The Operations Manager will be the go-to person for all the private assets and be the point of contact for all external suppliers.

    You must be able to think on your feet, multitask as well as being highly organised with a hands-on, can-do attitude and with extensive knowledge and experience in London.


    Responsibilities:


    Working closely with and supporting the Operations Director while overseeing asset management across the family office ensuring smooth operations and coordination between various assets, including properties, yachts, aircraft, and other assets.

    Support with day-to-day operations of the family office, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks on an international level.

    Overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties, managing all aspects of the property operations including maintenance, budgeting, day-to-day operations, household staff management and recruitment.

    General project management during the course of asset construction/development and its subsequent operationControl of asset construction/development programs;Development of financial plans and budgets for each project/asset together with the "on-site" counterparty and monitor them;Control of expenditure for each project/asset, including independent verification;Interaction with external advisors and service providers (e.g.

    agents/tax consultants/lawyers etc.) on asset related matters;Oversee the service entities operations and supervise the related managersSupervise individual property managers, evaluate and provide them with needed supportManage and plan travel for family support teamsOversee and recommend staff payroll, compensations and benefitsLiaison with third-party suppliers;Liaison with regulatory authorities as required;Development/ implementation and maintenance of regular reporting on projects/assets for the Head of FO/Principal;Compliance manuals/training/procedures for property, aviation and yachting sectors;Financial control/management/budgeting of operating assets (aircraft, yacht, residential property portfolio)Oversee all the commercial aspects of the running and maintenance costs on monthly/annual basis;Engage with shipyard for repairs, refit as and when required;Payment management for all operational/ capital expenditureProcess optimisation and streamlining;Ensuring adequate and timely financial and management reporting on operations of assets within the FO;Liaising with Finance, Legal and other divisions and operations of the FO, as and when appropriateLiaison with principal/ Head of FO for incident reporting and trip planning.

    Act as the go to person for all asset related itemsRequirements:

    Previous experience serving as a Chief Officer or Captain on a yacht is a minimum requirement for this role with an understanding of day-to-day yacht operations, safety and financial management.

    Extensive knowledge of yacht operations, including regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and logistical management.

    Previous experience with scheduling and positioning of aircraft/ yachts including engaging with charter clients/ agentsPrevious property management experience preferably in and around LondonWillingness to travel frequently as required by the role.

    Good knowledge of MS officeBudget and accountancy understandingExcellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skillsTechnical understanding and a hands-on attitudeExceptional dedication to and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communications skillsBasic experience with legal administration and contractsAbility to be available 24/7 (Mobile)Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    This person will report to a senior member of the Family Office and will also have direct contact with the Family on a regular basis.
