An experienced Construction Manager is required to work for a large Energy company, the role will be based in the North East.

As the Construction Manager, you will manage construction works of a large tank/ container and will proven experience in Construction Management.

As the Construction Manager, you will participate in major infrastructure or industrial projects and will have a technical background in one of the following:

• Piling
• Civil works
• Mechanical works (steel structure, piping, equipment installation, E & I)

You will ideally have previous experience in Cryogenic Tanks but this is not essential.

Requirements

• Budget Management: As the Construction Manager, you will work with the project management team to establish and manage the construction budget, subcontract management and progress control and reporting
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that the works meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements and best methods for construction are implemented.
• Quality Assurance: As the Construction Manager, you will implement quality control measures to ensure that the works meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Management: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and practices throughout the project to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Liaise with HR and administration to ensure correct set-up and management of IR relation of our subcontractors
• Timeline Management: As the Construction Manager, you will monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any delays or deviations from the schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
