    Description

    Hayward Hawk Professional Services is excited to be working with a global business to help them in their search for an In-House Counsel to join their expanding team in Belfast.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly scaling business, where you can be one of their first hires in the local market.

    The Role Commercial In-house position, with a range of duties and responsibilities including negotiating commercial contracts. (Technology and SaaS contracts would be advantageous to your application) Providing ad hoc general legal advice. Provide effective legal advice and solutions for the stakeholders within tight timelines. The Person An experienced corporate or commercial lawyer (2-5 years PQE) Previous experience on working with commercial contracts. Previous In-House experience would be great. The successful candidate will be commercially aware.
