- Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project profitability.
- Manage contract negotiations, variations, and final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective cost control and budget management.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and components.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software for cost estimating and project management.
