As the Fund Transitions Onboarding Specialist you will support the manager and head of global transitions on various projects & processes.

Key remits

• Working solely on transitions projects onboarding large assets or pensions
• Creating & documenting strategies evaluating & highlighting risks to the client
• Producing pre and post transition reports
• Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any issues to plan administration products
• Understand the full array of products
• Governance and maintenance of all related SLAs and agreements

Experience

• Dealing with transition management, onboarding or oversight, fund setups or data management within Operations, 3rd party, Asset Management or Custodian environment
• Exposure to fund structures
• Knowledge of Pensions & Investments or Corporate Actions is desirable
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to work on own initiative and manage projects end to end
• Good attention to detail, able to highlight risks and communicate them
• Able to identify options weighing up pros & cons
