The Job:


  • Are you highly organised, methodical and efficient in your approach to working?
  • Have previous experience of Stock control or been a role where you can demonstrate high numerate and analytical experience?
  • Enjoy IT and are Systems literate?
  • Have strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be a team player.
  • You will have high attention to detail.
  • You will have the ability to remain calm within a fastpaced everchanging environment.

The Role:


  • Responsibility for stock count procedures ensuring deadlines is met.
  • Implement checks and balance procedures for goods received, purchase invoices, sales orders and invoices.
  • Work alongside Operations and Procurement teams to ensure the sites are stocked to maximise contract and production efficiencies.
  • Continually improve stock controls implementing best practice across sites.
  • Create demand forecasts by site to support procurement and scheduling teams.
  • Report raw material and finished product over and under variance compared to forecasted sales volumes.
  • Forklift licence would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Warehouse software
  • Experience using SAGE systems.
