As a transformation programme manager, you will play a vital part in the leading our transformation journey.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to drive improvements, working with people to deliver sustainable changes in how we deliver services.

Perhaps you are currently a clinician or operational manager in the NHS who is looking for an alternative career path? Or a graduate who has developed a broad range of experience and would like to come in to a role where you can put it into action? We can train you if you do not have significant project and programme management skills we need someone to convene, energise and facilitate people to deliver improvement across our organisation and beyond.
