Senior Product Designer - Fintech


My client is an exciting Fintech start-up on a strong mission to simplify the lives of small businesses and sole traders.

They have helped over 34,000 customers and after recently securing their Series A funding they have ambitious growth plans & an excitingproduct roadmap.


Senior Product Designer - Fintech


They are looking for an experienced Product Designer to work in a lean and collaborative manner to help shape customer's experiences across their mobile and web products.

You'll be joining a small committed team of experienced designers and engineers.

You'll be given autonomy to solve problems and challenges through design and research while being fully supported by a close team you can learn from.


They believe in getting things done, shipping improvements regularly and taking a real user centric approach, learning as they go.


Key responsibilities for the Senior Product Designer

  • Endtoend design for projects from discovery to implementation
  • Prototypes for user testing
  • User flows and design documentation
  • Deliver a consistent user experience across products
  • Work closely with your team defining, designing and iterating on product features in a lean manner
  • Maintain, improve, and update design system and process

Requirements for the Senior Product Designer

  • 45 years experience as a Product Designer with a broad portfolio
  • Must have native mobile and responsive web experience
  • Experience of working with, creating, managing or maintaining design systems
  • Enjoy collaborating closely with other designers and colleagues from other disciplines like engineering, product and marketing.
  • Advanced skills with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
  • Prototyping skills using Figma, Invision, etc. (Coding skills are even better).
  • A natural tendency to put the user/audience first. You believe in the value of talking to users and have experience of doing this in different situations as part of your process.
