PMOLead.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Planning &
PMOexpertise to support the Enterprise Asset Management programme.

Planning:
Utilise your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project to build and manage the end-to-end programme plan. Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate any delays across workstreams. Ensure integration of deliverables and milestones from all National Grid and IBM projects.

PMO Activities:
Provide support and guidance to the Enterprise Asset Management programme. Assist with programme control boards, governance meetings, and quality reviews. Oversee risk management, change control, resourcing, communications, financial management, and business intelligence.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project planning skills.
Knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) roles.
In matrix management of resources.
Communication skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Microsoft Project proficiency.
