A driven and ambitious candidate is required for a sales negotiator vacancy in an established, market leading, Taunton Estate Agency with a realistic OTE up to £35,000.
A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and busy Independent firm in the Taunton area as a sales negotiator.
Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team.
Some property experience as a sales negotiator is required for this role.
You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to sell and continue to drive business forward with your team.
Package in region of £20,000 basic with realistic OTE in region of £32-35,000 to include individual commission and company over achievement bonus scheme, mileage and pension.
Hours 8.45am to 6pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8.45am to 4pm with time in lieu thus a 5 day week.
