Our client is looking for a

PASSIONATE Field Care Supervisor who is empathetic, enthusiastic and eager to make a difference in people's lives. You will work closely with other members of the team. There is a

Our client is recognised as one of the leading providers of domiciliary care, with over 70 local offices across the UK.

All of their care staff receive CQC ratings of Good/Outstanding, highlighting the excellent care that they provide to clients.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • You will conduct quality checks, ensuring that carers provide quality care at all times
  • You must uphold Health and Safety standards amongst clients and colleagues alike
  • You shall supervise new carers on their first visits and implement regular training into their daytoday routines
  • You will take responsibility for any gaps in care and act as cover if your team cannot visit for any reason

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

  • Previous experience working in domiciliary care
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car
  • An NVQ L2 or L3 or QCF qualification in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in leading a team in the field
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work oncall in case of emergency

THE BENEFITS:


  • Salary up to
    £23,000 per annum depending on experience PLUS oncall bonus
  • Mileage payable in addition at £0.30 per mile
