Who we are
Quadrassist/Woodgate and Clark, has launched its own repair network, Quadrassist, which comprises a national network of circa 80 contractors.

The Contractor Liaison Team's prime function is to appoint Quadrassist contractors and manage the repair process in partnership with one of our loss adjusters and our insurers if required.

The role will report to the Quadrassist General Manager.


Shift patterns for this role are between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 (08:00 to 16:30, 09:00 to 17:30, or 09:30 to 18:00).

Hybrid working can be considered.


Role Responsibilities

  • Appoint Quadrassist contractors being conscious of a client's specific requirements
  • To manage "Cradle to Grave" coordination of repair works
  • Undertaking initial estimate validation
  • Manage the contractors to ensure SLA compliance
  • Proactive liaison with contractors, policyholders. loss adjusters and Insurers throughout the QA process
  • To carry out daily quality calls to policyholders to ensure that they are satisfied with repair progression.
  • Provide input in to process improvement and innovation
  • To provide updates to Management on performance
  • Undertake other duties over and above those listed in the job description, appropriate to the individual's skills and experience.
  • Liaise with other Team Leaders to ensure smooth running of the office

Education and Experience

  • Essential: _
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Ideally come from a Loss Adjusting or Repair/Contractor Network background
  • Preferable: _
  • Experience in adjusting processes
  • Technical building knowledge and a proven history in a similar role (however, training will be provided)
  • Experience of validating building schedules and invoices
  • Cert CII and / or CILA Qualified
