Director of Product - Tech 4 Good

£100,000-£150,000 + bonus

London/Hybrid

They are well underway building a supportive zero carbon community - and bringingeveryone what is needed to make positive change happen.

We are helping them find a Director of Product to join the team.

This is a big role, where you will have serious impact on the strategic direction of their product across their landscape.

You'll work with other heads of departments, and wider colleaguesin the business to find solutions for their customers, whilst embodying their values, and balancing colleague, customer and business needs.

You'll have your own team to oversee and you'll be responsible for nurturing, overseeing and growing this team. You'll be delivering against commercial targets with regards to customer retention, growth, and profitability through their products and services.

Experience you'll ideally need:

Proven experience as a senior Product leader, with experience of building and leading high performing teams, in software product management
Experience of driving a growth agenda in respect of new customers and retention
Very comfortable working with usual channels around performance marketing and earned media
A solid understanding of agile and lean methods
Experienced with creating growth loops in product design and key journeys
Comfortable being hands on

- you're happy to roll your sleeves up and discuss the tech implications with the team

You demonstrate resilience in when things get complex and priorities change, and enjoy the ever changing landscape of a fast paced tech company
You don't have to be a climate hero, but it sure will help
