Millgate Healthcare Partnership is an all for people healthcare provider serving the community of Denton. Our approach keeps people in our minds and at the heart of everything we do. We treat each person as a person, not as a patient, illness or appointment.

We are working closely with our neighbourhood team to be able to offer services that are closer to home and help make the whole community healthier offering amongst other services, physio first appointments, mental health first appointments, same day access, routine GP appointments and a community pharmacist to support repeat prescribing.


Training will be delivered specifically by Tameside College in the workplace. Applications are handled by Tameside College directly. You will be interviewed at Tameside College first and if successful will then be directed to the employer.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer service practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction.
  • Show excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge.
  • Provide service in line with customer service standards and strategy and understand regulatory requirements.
  • Dealing with customer conflict and challenge at times.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: 36 per week


Salary:
£4.81 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, M34 2AJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
