EDI Capability Lead Facilitator x2 - (Inside IR35)**

Hybrid - Occasional visits to either Newcastle, Leeds or London offices / Remote Working
In the Defra group, we deal with a vast range of issues that profoundly impact on people's lives. As an EDI Capability Lead Facilitator your main responsibilities will be
- Delivery, administration, and evaluation of a high pace continuous learning programme,
- Capturing feedback on the existing learning programme and proposing amendments where applicable
- Focussing on supporting Line managers Capability across ED&I
- Creating learning content for selftraining
- Extensive stakeholder engagement across all areas of the business
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of the Equality Act 2010
- Excellent facilitator experience
- Delivery of Workshops
- Designing and creating learning materials
- Legal, professional view, skillset
- Strong self starter
- Communication skills
Desirable skills
- CIPD Level 5 or above is highly desirable
- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
