You will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System is maintained and developed to the highest level to ensure compliance with prevailing Aerospace standards and customer audit requirements.

You will lead by example and help the wider business to deliver a consistent service to the Manufacturing areas and Customers, ensuring the production plan is adhered to.

Develop and maintain effective processes to monitor and improve quality
Utilise Quality Engineering related knowledge and skills across the business, suppliers and subcontractors, including delivering training
Assist the Compliance Manager in deployment of Quality Management System
Assist the Safety Manager in deployment of Safety Management System
Quality assurance experience within aerospace industry
