Requirements:

You are a fantastic communicator who is very organized with high attention to detail. Experience in a training role is essential, with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and accurately. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software is desirable. Prior experience in management and resource allocation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of an e-learning solution, maintain a strong relationship with business areas, align learning strategy with business strategy, and work specifically for the line of business Careline365 on their learning and development requirements. Gain an overall understanding of all parts of the Appello Group to support development and growth.

The position is for 35 hours per week, within core hours of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience. The location is hybrid in Norwich, and the start date is February/March 2024.
