40 hours week. Core hours Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm (variable) and On Call rota covering 24/7/365

Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Tameside clients.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:Competent PAT tester
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing. Valid UK Driving Licence required.follow procedures that keep you and our customers safe and help us maintain high standards; From the smallest detail to team safety and caring for our communities and the environment, we know that everything matters.
