The Senior Advisor (Sustainability) position requires a proven business builder with a strong background in Consultancy, Strategy & Change within a Strategic Advisory context.

Our client is a growing Sustainability consultancy with an international track record. Leadership of 2-3 project teams at any time, mapping comfortably to client's Project Sponsor (typically CEO, CEO-1 at blue chip firms)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Generate thought leadership and be recognised within this field

Commercial Track record:
comfortable with business development - holds several significant relationships; excited by challenge of selling a challenger brand

Knowledge and credibility in sustainability: in particular the following industries will be of significant interest: sustainable finance, renewables, energy transition/decarbonisation, FMCG and Financial Services.

A strong educational background in a relevant field.
Likely you will come with circa 10-15 years experience in this field and will have reached Director level equivalent roles in traditional consulting firms
A competitive salary of around £150-£160k plus performance based bonus
