We are Tech Canal, a dynamic HealthTech Consultancy founded in 2022 as part of the Clive Henry Group. We support innovative health technology and digital health businesses to provide better outcomes and transform the delivery of health and care.

We are looking for a techni-COOLly savvy individual who has a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third-party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Responsibilities

Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems.

Collaborate with the CHG team to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Overseeing and distributing budgets across various focus sectors within Information Technology.

Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support.

Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems.

Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software and troubleshooting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all CHG teams to foster collaboration and delivery of shared projects and objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.

Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT department, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.

Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
